No we are not a broker. If a broker tries to buy a property from you and charges a broker’s fee, be sure to check that they are licensed in your state – otherwise it may be illegal!

how long does it take to get an offer?

We will let you know within 24-48 hours if we are interested in your property. If we are interested in purchasing, we will give you an offer within 24-48 hours as well.

Why Should I sell my post office?

There are lots of reasons to sell your post office. If you inherited the property or do not want to deal with the US Postal Service and/or JLL. It is a great time to sell since we may be heading into a recession, but there are plenty of buyers looking for safe commercial investments.

Should I re-negotiate my lease before selling?
