Do you charge a broker’s fee?

No we are not a broker. If a broker tries to buy a property from you and charges a broker’s fee, be sure to check that they are licensed in your state – otherwise it may be illegal!

What is an assignment fee?

how long does it take to get an offer?

We will let you know within 24-48 hours if we are interested in your property. If we are interested in purchasing, we will give you an offer within 24-48 hours as well.

Why Should I sell my post office?

There are lots of reasons to sell your post office. If you inherited the property or do not want to deal with the US Postal Service and/or JLL. It is a great time to sell since we may be heading into a recession, but there are plenty of buyers looking for safe commercial investments.

Should I re-negotiate my lease before selling?

We can help you negotiate a lease before selling the property. We do not suggest that you negotiate the lease on your own since some of the terms in the new lease are extremely detrimental to owners.

Do you buy multi-tenant post offices or other commercial buildings?

No, except on a rare case-by-case basis.
